Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. is dedicated to providing its shareholders significant value. We are directly involved in the $48 Billion fertilizer market and the $66 Billion Green Industry and have a structure in place that will allow us to drive sales and earnings.
Advanced Growing Systems was incorporated in 2006, is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia and is directly involved in the $66 billion dollar "Green" industry. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company manufactures and sells organic fertilizers under the TOP brand and operates as a wholesale distributor of plant, tree, and shrubbery focused on professional/commercial landscape contractors. The Company offers organic fertilizers for home, lawn, and garden applications, as well as for the turf growers and sports facilities.
The Company has achieved exceptional growth. Beginning from zero at inception in February of 2006, total sales have grown to approximately $10.7 million for fiscal year ending 9/30/07 up 213% from $3.4 in fiscal year ending 9/30/06.

Advanced Growing System, Ins. is also the parent company of Advanced Nurseries, Inc. Advanced Nurseries is a wholesale distribution powerhouse focused on the professional landscape contractor in the Southeastern US. Advanced Nurseries, Inc. allows for true vertical integration with OGSI through their distribution channels and similar end user base. Our company owned tree farms also allow us to continually test our chemistry to develop methods to increase our already outstanding results.

Geographical Spread
The outlook for growth is everywhere, certainly over the next few years. Housing starts are up, and commercial properties are still being developed and built, so the demand for landscaping and irrigation will continue to be on the rise. The largest population growth seems to be in the Sunbelt states and the West.
As the market for our services and products continues to increase and more acreage is devoted to new housing, how will our industry grow to handle this added business?
One answer is that there are a substantial number of landscape companies that continue to expand each year. Only a few years ago, there were relatively few companies doing an annual volume in excess of $5 million. These numbers have increased more than five-fold. There are at least a dozen companies now doing close to $100 million annually. One company does in excess of $750 million, and another is reaching the $300 million annual mark. The $50 million to $80 million annual volume niche is also swelling. We look to these companies to take up the slack.
Another area of growth is new start-ups. A few years ago, a survey was taken indicating that there are approximately 13,000 start-ups each year. At least fifty percent of these don't survive the third year. The net result is that we gain approximately 6,000 new companies annually.
We estimate the total market to be between $60 billion and $66 billion annually. This includes landscape construction/build, landscape maintenance, irrigation installation and repairs, landscape lighting, water features, power equipment, nursery supplies, fertilizer, chemicals, etc.
